Most of our coaches and staff members are CPR certified and trained in first aid. We ensure that qualified personnel are always present during camp activities to respond to any emergencies.

3. No Refund Policy

We have a strict no-refund policy for camp registrations. Please ensure you are committed to attending before signing up. In cases of medical emergencies or extenuating circumstances, contact us to discuss potential options.

4. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to adhere to our code of conduct, which promotes sportsmanship, respect, and positive behavior. Violation of this code may result in dismissal from the camp without refund.

5. Health and Medical Information

Parents/guardians must provide accurate and up-to-date health and medical information for their child. This includes any allergies, medications, or special needs that our staff should be aware of.

6. Liability Waiver

By registering for Mechling Football Camp, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with sports activities and agree to waive any liability claims against the camp, its staff, and facilities for injuries sustained during normal camp activities.

7. Photo and Video Release

We may take photos or videos during camp for promotional purposes. By participating in the camp, you grant us permission to use these media featuring your child, unless you explicitly opt out in writing.

8. Camp Schedule and Content

While we strive to maintain our advertised schedule and content, we reserve the right to make changes if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances or to enhance the camp experience.
